I called the original installer and they were scheduling 4 days out. I called ACS and they had a technician here within 3 hours and he had it fixed within 1 hour of arriving. I know who to call in the future!

He provided information on other products I might be interested in the future. The price for the service call was reasonable. I will use ACS again, should I need to replace the keypad or motor.
