If you’re counting, I’m in IC and all was said and done in less than 5 hours after I called them. I think I kinda lucked out with the timing but I will definitely call them first next time. Just should have in the first place.
All fees and pricing was talked about before the tech came over to do the work and there were no surprises. Pricing was very competitive too.

Once they arrived the tech did not have an adequate ladder and had to use mine (also did not put it away when he left). They ran the program cycle per the troubleshooting guidelines and then proceeded to say it was a board issue without troubleshooting anything else. Wanted $180 to order board and install without looking into warranty. I am getting part for free through warranty instead
