With my garage door broken, he diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to me in layman terms how it needed to be repaired. He then gave me several options (with pricing) in regard to getting it done. He was in and out in 2 hours and the garage door is better than it's ever been!

The work was done quickly and well, at an extremely fair price. The technician informed me of the appropriate preventative maintenance and frequency to conduct this. He was very informative and friendly. Best of all this work was done on a Saturday without a premium like I have experience with other service providers.
